STAIN  COLORS

You can choose a stain color for the wood or a natural finish with no stain. All wood, stained or not, is coated with an outdoor marine polyurethane finish. We use MinWax stain on all of our wood products unless a custom stain is ordered. When looking at the stain colors below please note that the true color of woods might be a little different since wood samples may look slightly different on monitors than when looking at a sample in natural light. If the color shade is critical to you, then you should go to your local paint or big box store at look at a MinWax sample stain chart. Also different woods take stains differently. The colors shown below are on oak. Luggage racks are normally made out of fir and oak is used for surf board racks. If you color shade is critical then we would be happy to send you wood/stain samples before the rack you order is stained.
